At ÆTTAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and you will need to follow our returns process instead.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.
3. Cancellations by ÆTTAR
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Custom or Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these are made specifically for you.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
